These terms apply to every use of this site and every reservation made through it. Velora Book & Trip is a service operated by PT Orbit Niaga Global (Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia). By using this site or completing a booking, you are considered to have read and agreed to the terms below.

What We Do

Velora arranges reservations. We book you into partner hotels and villas across Bali and Lombok — we do not own, manage, or operate those properties.

• The room, the facilities, and everything about the stay itself are provided by the property, not by us
• House rules, check-in and check-out times, and guest policies are set by the property
• Descriptions and photos on this site are compiled from our own research; if something does not match reality, tell us and we will correct it

How a Booking Works

The form you submit on this site is a reservation request, not a confirmed reservation. The sequence is:

• You fill in the booking form; our system records it and gives you a booking code
• Our team checks availability directly with the property
• We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the room is free and to arrange payment
• Your booking is confirmed only once we have received payment and told you so

If the room you chose turns out to be full, we will tell you and offer alternatives. Until payment is made, you are under no obligation of any kind.

Prices, Taxes, and Fees

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), per room per night. Unless the property page says otherwise, they do not include the tax and service charge set by the property. We always confirm the final total with you before payment — nothing is added at the last step. Until a booking is confirmed, prices may still change with the property’s availability and rates.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with our team over WhatsApp. This site takes no payment and never asks for your debit or credit card number.

• Payment instructions are only ever sent from the official WhatsApp number published on this site
• We will never ask for your OTP, PIN, or banking password, for any reason
• Before transferring, check that the account holder's name is PT Orbit Niaga Global

If you receive a message claiming to be Velora from any other number, or you are asked to transfer to an account in an individual’s name, stop and verify with our official number first. We are not responsible for funds sent outside that official channel.

Your Obligations as a Guest

By booking through Velora, you confirm that:

• The details you enter — name, contact, dates, and guest count — are accurate and match the identification that will be shown at check-in
• You are at least 18 years old, or are booking with the knowledge of a parent or guardian
• The number of people staying does not exceed the capacity of the room booked
• You will follow the property's house rules, including extra-guest policies and any smoking or pet restrictions

Details entered incorrectly — names and dates above all — can lead the property to refuse check-in, and that is outside our responsibility.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, booking transfer, and refund terms are set out separately on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page, which forms an inseparable part of these terms.

Limits of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to arranging your reservation. We are not liable for:

• The quality of the room, the facilities, the cleanliness, or the service provided by the property
• Loss, damage to belongings, injury, or anything else that happens at the property
• Changes or cancellations made by the property because of renovation, technical problems, or force majeure
• Indirect losses such as travel tickets, changed schedules, or disrupted itineraries

So far as the applicable law allows, our liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid for the reservation in question. Nothing here reduces your rights as a consumer under Indonesian law.

Site Content and Copyright

All text, photography, layout, and design on this site belong to PT Orbit Niaga Global or are used with the owner’s permission. You are welcome to read it and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for instance when the service or the payment method changes. The version that applies to your reservation is the one published at the moment your booking was confirmed. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. We will always try to settle a dispute by discussion first. Failing agreement, it will be resolved through the Surabaya District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya).
