When you make a reservation, we collect:

- WhatsApp number
- Email address (optional)
- Stay dates, guest count, and any special requests
- The WhatsApp conversation about your booking, including any payment proof you send us there
- Technical data such as your IP address, to prevent abuse of the booking form
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Process and confirm bookings
- Pass guest details to the relevant property for check-in purposes
- Send confirmations, booking status updates, and payment instructions by WhatsApp or email
- Keep the system secure and screen out suspicious bookings
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. Data is shared only with the property (hotel or villa) you book, to the extent they need it to process your stay.
Data Security
This site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL). Your booking page opens only through a link carrying a random token; it is not indexed by search engines and does not appear in site search. This site takes no payment at all: we never ask for or store debit or credit card numbers, and payment is arranged directly with our team over WhatsApp.

This site uses only the technical cookies needed to run, such as remembering your language choice. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may work less well as a result.
